Chicken Spotlight! This weeks breed is White Cochin. This White Cochin came in the colored egg layer assortment that we purchased. Cochin’s are not great egg layers but they are a neat looking bird. The feature they are most known for is their feathered feet.
*They have a calm temperament, which makes them great as pets or even sometimes as show birds
*Cochin’s are fair layers around 104/year
*They are also winter hardy
